Se describe el proceso de integración de la soberanía nacional a la América anglosajona del norte y de los recursos conceptuales y políticos para que esta realidad se conciba como el presente inamovible y "perpetuo" que quiere controlar el flujo del tiempo (el pasado y sobre todo, el futuro) contra otras maneras de habitar el presente.

Abstract
This text describes the process of integration of national sovereignty to Anglo-Saxon America, and the conceptual and political resources through which this reality is conceived as the immovable and "perpetual" present that wants to control the flow of time (the past and the future, above all) against other ways of living the present.
