Resumen
Esta reflexión destaca los elementos más importantes de las entrevistas realizadas a diversos historiadores acerca de las formas de entender y escribir sobre el pasado. Historia, representación y lenguaje son las inquietudes que se exploran en el quehacer histórico, incluso desde la apropiación y la introspección que parecieran estar fuera a la hora de comprender, analizar y escribir la investigación histórica.

Abstract
This reflection highlights the most important elements of the interviews conducted with different historians about ways of understanding and writing about the past. History, representation, and language are the concerns that are explored in historical endeavors, even from the appropriation and introspection that seem to be omitted when it comes to understanding, analyzing, and writing about historical research.
