Resumen
El texto presenta un recorrido por la historia política italiana: desde la creación del Estado liberal democrático —al inicio del siglo XX—, la experiencia de integración de la sociedad en el Estado del fascismo, hasta la construcción de los grandes partidos de masas de la posguerra y su disolución por las grandes transformaciones sociales y políticas ocurridas en los años ochenta y noventa, que fracturaron la sociedad, hicieron inestable el sistema político e impusieron otra democracia, en la cual reaparecieron las fracturas, los localismos y las exclusiones.

Abstract
The text presents a journey through Italian political history from the creation of the liberal democratic state at the beginning of the 20th century, the experience of integrating society into the fascist state, the construction of mass political parties in the postwar period to its dissolution by major social and political transformations that occurred in the eighties and nineties that fractured society, rendering the political system unstable and imposing another democracy where fractures, localisms, and exclusions reappear.
